London Design Festival starts this weekend

London Design Festival celebrates and promotes the city as a design capital, and we are excited to be partnering with Transport for London this year for an original and interactive event.

TfL has created a trail around the City, exploring its long history of innovation, design, architecture and public art. The trail highlights places to visit and things to do that show how TfL’s iconic design legacy has shaped London's identity over centuries - and we're included!

You will need to download 'TfL Go' to follow the trail, and find the stations and places of the trail on the live Tube map.

We have just put the finishing touches to our mini-exhibition in the shop, which tells the story of our TfL moquette designs. Featuring original inspiration and sketches, concept designs and swatches for the Underground, Overground, Tram, Rail and the Elizabeth Line, you can discover what goes into creating transport fabric that becomes the backdrop for millions of journeys around the capital.

The shop will open as usual throughout LDF with our current collection of scarves, throws, cushions and rugs available.

Our exhibition will be open during our normal shop hours:
Saturday 11am - 5pm
Sunday & Monday closed
Tuesday - Friday 10.30am - 5.30pm
