We are hiring



We are looking for a responsible part time administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the administrative assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and our company’s general administrative activities.


·       Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, agile and changing environment would be preferable but not essential.

Attitude / Skills:

·       Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to pay close attention to detail.

·       Good computing skills, proficient Mac user and experience in Excel is essential.

·       Passionate about achieving results and good time management skills.

·       Excellent communication skills, to include written emails, conversation over the phone, and customer facing.

·       Forward thinking, motivated & confident, able to work in a small close-knit team.

·       Thrives on change, inclined to operate with flexibility and commit the time required to get the job done.

·       Has a can-do attitude and hands-on approach to their work

·       Demonstrated ability to set and implement priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work to tight deadlines.

·       A keen interest in textile design and the wider design world.



·       General admin & data entry

o   Scanning & emailing bills to bookkeeper

·       Invoicing & admin for wholesale customers

o   Inputting data on Zedonk (our stock management system)

o   Issuing & overseeing invoicing of wholesale customers

o   Corresponding with trade customers via email and phone regarding payments

o   Chasing unpaid invoices

o   Processing international payments



Salary: Competitive

Working hours: 10 hours per week (over 2 or 3 days)
